What you will do

• Resolve account questions, concerns, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Provide product details and financial guidance tailored to client needs.
• Build client relationships, support retention, and make introductions to mortgage and business banking specialists.
• Support growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Participate in moderately complex projects and mentor others on products and platform procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent credential, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, solve client problems, manage priorities, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and banking policies.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
