Financial Planning & Analysis Advisor/Sr Analyst/Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Memphis, Tennessee, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location and work on campus several times per week.

Salary: $5,152.82–$13,006.09 per month, depending on level and location.

What you will do

• Analyze business proposals and projects involving revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expenses.
• Develop, test, and validate financial models for business decisions.
• Provide financial guidance, concise recommendations, and actionable insights to internal customers and senior management.
• Lead and coordinate projects across finance and other departments.
• Present findings to diverse audiences and adapt financial messaging to the audience.
• Manage multiple assignments, anticipate business issues, and support continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Two to five years of directly related experience, depending on the level.
• Experience or knowledge of financial modeling for cost-benefit and profit-and-loss analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with office and financial applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Essbase Tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from within 50 miles of the Memphis or Pittsburgh campus.
