Salary: $183,000–$276,000 total target cash annually for the San Francisco Bay Area of California

What you will do

• Own critical product surfaces from ideation through production and ongoing iteration.
• Shape product direction with design and product leaders.
• Build and scale systems across React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate development, prototyping, and iteration.
• Improve engineering quality across code, architecture, and user experience.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and decision-making on ambiguous problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• Senior-level experience leading large, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact.
• Strong full-stack expertise with React and backend systems such as Node.js and/or Python.
• Strong ownership, product judgment, UX awareness, and technical decision-making.
• Experience balancing speed and quality in a high-velocity environment.
