Maintenance Technician (f/m/d)

Location: Queretaro, Mexico; onsite plant-based role

What you will do

• Safeguard plant assets and inspect equipment condition according to maintenance programs.
• Install and commission assets and facilities, including production equipment.
• Implement equipment and process improvements through automation and other technologies.
• Support customer audits and comply with quality management procedures and applicable ISO and IATF standards.
• Maintain spare-parts warehouses and work areas through 5S and TPM practices.
• Develop energy-saving initiatives, manage hazardous chemicals and waste, and resolve machine problems with lasting solutions.

Requirements

• Technical or engineering background in electromechanics, electronics, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation, or a related field; equivalent competence may be demonstrated during the interview.
• At least three years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing processes.
• Experience with automation, hydraulics, and electrotechnics.
• Experience maintaining presses and injection machines, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Ability to follow quality, environmental, occupational safety, maintenance, and plant work procedures.
