Maintenance Supervisor (Industrial Automation)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, near Monterrey, Mexico; not a remote position. Global travel and flexibility for weekend or off-shift work during implementations are required.

Employment type: Full time. Temporary role for 1 year.

What you will do

• Maintain and manage manufacturing equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance personnel, planned activities, problem solving, and spare-parts availability.
• Drive equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, quality, and continuous improvement through TPM.
• Set team and individual goals, track training and performance evaluations, and support other departments.
• Report downtime and production issues, respond to production-plan changes, and support 24/7 production and maintenance operations.
• Support new machinery rollout projects, apply root-cause problem solving, and share knowledge with other sites.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance or industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Experience with automation, PLC systems such as Siemens and Rockwell, robotics, pneumatics, mechanics, electrical systems, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, industrial drawings, Lean tools, TPM, and Sick Safety standards.
• Leadership, self-direction, proactive problem solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and team communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Availability for global travel, weekend or off-shift work during implementations, and 24/7 production support.
