Sr. Consultant, Primary Market Research (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Design discussion guides, screening criteria, surveys, stimuli, and other primary market research materials.
• Coordinate qualitative and quantitative research with internal teams, programming partners, and fielding partners.
• Lead project workstreams while guiding junior staff and communicating with project managers and leadership.
• Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative primary market research data.
• Translate findings into clear client implications and develop highly visual PowerPoint presentations.
• Support proposals and mentor and train junior employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sciences, social sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or public health; graduate training is strongly preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in primary market research or consulting within the life sciences industry.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of the biopharma commercialization process and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
