Director, Global Compound Market Access Leader (Cardiovascular)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States; domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $164,000–$282,900 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Develop and drive global market access strategies for cardiovascular compounds and indications.
• Lead market access input into clinical development plans, trial design, endpoints, evidence generation, and reimbursement strategy.
• Build payer value propositions integrating pricing, payer research, health economics, epidemiology, and real-world evidence.
• Lead Compound Market Access and alliance working groups across Clinical Development, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and regional market access functions.
• Oversee health outcomes studies, literature reviews, real-world evidence programs, cost-effectiveness models, and budget impact models.
• Drive innovative pricing and contracting initiatives and AI implementation for market access processes and deliverables.

Requirements

• Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or M.Sc. in an appropriate field, preferably Epidemiology, Health Economics, Public Health, or Health Policy.
• More than 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience focused on Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Payer Access.
• At least eight years of experience navigating reimbursement environments in key international markets, including payer negotiation or global launch support.
• Experience across multiple therapy areas and in leading matrix teams across functional and geographic boundaries.
• Expertise in market access, healthcare systems, health technology assessment, market access analytics, evidence generation, and clinical trial methodology.
• Based in Raritan, New Jersey, United States; domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CRC and head and neck cancer disease areas.
• Product valuation, forecasting, legal landscape, and change leadership experience.
