Agentic AI Architect (AI)

Salary: $75,000–$120,000 per annum

What you will do

• Define end-to-end architectures for enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and integration patterns.
• Design and implement scalable agent frameworks using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, and emerging orchestration technologies.
• Lead LLM-driven solution development with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar foundation model platforms.
• Architect RAG pipelines, knowledge retrieval systems, memory management, and tool integration frameworks.
• Establish AI governance, Responsible AI controls, security, privacy, data governance, and risk management practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate architecture roadmaps to executives.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI/ML, software architecture, and enterprise solution design.
• Proven experience delivering complex, production-grade AI systems.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations with CRM, ERP, APIs, data platforms, and third-party services.
• Ability to optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Ability to work from one of the listed United States locations: Charlotte, New York, Atlanta, or Chicago.
