Program Manager (QSR Commerce & Omnichannel)

Location: Atlanta, United States; travel based on client requirements

Salary: $82,082–$233,740 annually

What you will do

• Lead large-scale QSR transformation programs across commerce, omnichannel, customer experience, loyalty, digital ordering, POS, and restaurant technology.
• Manage scope, budgets, governance, delivery execution, risks, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Define transformation roadmaps with client executives and drive measurable value realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning business, operations, technology, vendors, franchisees, and restaurant operations.
• Oversee initiatives involving mobile applications, loyalty platforms, drive-thru modernization, self-service, personalization, POS/KMS upgrades, analytics, and predictive labor and inventory solutions.
• Support proposals, solution shaping, client presentations, operational pilots, menu optimization, site strategy, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, hospitality, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in QSR, restaurant technology, hospitality, or franchise operations.
• Strong knowledge of QSR operations, franchise models, digital customer journeys, and restaurant technology ecosystems.
• Experience leading commerce and omnichannel programs involving digital ordering, mobile applications, loyalty, POS modernization, and customer experience.
• Strong governance, financial management, risk management, change management, executive communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Consulting or systems integration experience.
• Experience with major QSR brands and multi-unit restaurant organizations.
• Knowledge of commerce, CRM, loyalty, customer data platforms, POS, OMS, and analytics solutions.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
