Associate Manager ERP Package Applications – SAP PP Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: United States, Kansas — any city; up to 50% travel required, including approximately 10–12 weeks during a 6–9-month rollout period.

Salary: $84,400–$156,800 per year.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and support SAP Production Planning solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Lead and support full-lifecycle SAP implementations from design and build through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with customer needs and global template standards.
• Conduct Fit-to-Template and Explore workshops during SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.
• Drive integration between SAP PP and SAP EWM, FICO, WM, and MM.
• Support discrete manufacturing planning and execution, master data, Kanban, graphical planning boards, and data migration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with deep SAP Production Planning expertise.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP end-to-end implementations and 2 SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of organizational structures, SAP master data, production planning and execution, discrete manufacturing, Kanban, and graphical planning boards.
• Experience with SAP PP integration, data migration concepts, master data, and transactional object migration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, consulting, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be based in the United States, Kansas, with travel of up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Planning and Control.
• Experience with global template deployment projects and manufacturing industry environments.
