Predicts Business Manager (iGaming)

Location: New York City; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $112,000–$140,000 USD per year

Mobile gaming and sports betting business operating sportsbook, iGaming, horse racing, daily fantasy sports, and sports media products across the United States, Canada, and other international markets.

What you will do

• Develop go-to-market commercial strategies for the Predicts business.
• Partner with Consumer Insights and Commercial teams on competitive and consumer analysis.
• Create data-driven strategies for sports seasons and major sporting events with marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance on strategy execution.
• Lead strategic commercial initiatives from planning through completion.
• Mentor junior Commercial team members and support their development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related commercial field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, finance, or a related concentration.
• Experience creating action plans or leading initiatives based on consumer insights.
• Strong analytical and Excel-based modeling skills.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and presentations for senior audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience using LLMs for research, analytics, and strategic projects.
• Experience in real-money gaming, prediction markets, or an adjacent industry.
• Knowledge of and interest in sports and technology.
