Senior Product Manager (Gaming)

Salary: £154,800–£232,200 GBP annual base pay

What you will do

• Develop product strategy for PlayStation Plus membership and commerce experiences that acquire and engage members and drive monetization growth.
• Lead the conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new product features with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data and analytics to guide product decisions, define target metrics, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Data, and Engineering teams on product requirements, experimentation plans, and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to personalization and customer lifecycle strategy.
• Drive rapid test-and-learn cycles while monitoring gaming, monetization, personalization, and lifecycle-management trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional implementations involving multiple business partners.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms, preferably in gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer applications.
• Track record of improving conversion funnels, retention strategies, and monetization opportunities.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Strong communication, product judgment, technical discussion, and experimentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, streaming, e-commerce, or other high-scale B2C platforms.
