TL;DR
Group Treasury Accounting Lead Analyst (Treasury Accounting/Financial Reporting): Supporting group treasury reporting for FX, interest, derivatives, hedging, loans, borrowings, cash, investments, and annual report disclosures with an accent on financial controls, governance, and risk mitigation. Focus on preparing journals and management reports, liaising with auditors and finance stakeholders, testing system upgrades, and improving treasury accounting processes.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working model with three days together and two days wherever
Salary: Cafeteria package of HUF 600,000 per year; additional compensation includes a performance-based bonus, company car or car allowance, and other allowances.

What you will do
- Support group treasury financial reporting for FX, interest, derivatives, hedging, loans and borrowings, cash and cash equivalents, and investments.
- Assist with the Group Annual Report, including financial disclosures.
- Create and submit journals and produce management reporting documents.
- Operate financial controls and support risk mitigation and governance.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and other Group Finance teams.
- Support system upgrade testing, transformation projects, process improvement, and other Group Finance activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of financial accounting or reporting experience.
- Experience with treasury products and excellent Excel skills.
- A risk-based mindset, appreciation of controls, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good stakeholder management and ability to become proficient in systems quickly.
- Experience with treasury accounting, treasury management systems, SAP, or an accounting qualification is advantageous.
