What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered infrastructure and internal tools to increase GTM team productivity.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through production and continuous iteration.
• Collaborate with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams to leverage the broader data foundation and AI hosting infrastructure.
• Identify manual friction in GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions to eliminate it.
• Partner with subject matter experts from field teams to ensure tool effectiveness.

Requirements

• Background in software/data engineering, data science, or applied AI/ML.
• Proven experience shipping AI tools or workflows to production.
• Proficiency with modern AI/LLM tooling, APIs, and agent frameworks.
• Ability to work independently within an early-stage, evolving team.
• Strong systems thinking and motivation for building internal-facing productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Prior experience within a GTM, RevOps, or Sales organization.
• Familiarity with hirify.global, Salesforce, or similar GTM tech stacks.
• Experience scoping builds with non-technical stakeholders.
