Senior Analyst, Studio Strategy and Operations (Gaming)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; onsite four days per week. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Los Angeles, California.

Salary: $94,580–$174,988 annual base pay in the U.S.; incentive compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Plan and forecast resources for Call of Duty studios and future titles across internal and external development teams.
• Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and prepare business updates for senior leaders and studio leads.
• Maintain monthly resource-planning processes and develop analyses using historical and current operational data.
• Partner with Studio Finance on quarterly, annual, and long-range planning.
• Lead strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cross-team projects that optimize organizational performance.
• Analyze player engagement and investment data to identify trends and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance or strategy, or business operations.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong quantitative analysis and synthesis skills.
• Experience developing or improving processes and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, problem-solving, and drafting.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to Los Angeles, California, with onsite work in Santa Monica four days per week.
