Digital Integrator, Material Management (SAP/MES)

Location: Hybrid role available in Spring House or Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States, or Leiden, Netherlands.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the digital material management strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy and Biologics Advanced Development.
• Establish system-of-record boundaries and data ownership across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA, and LIMS.
• Design connected material workflows covering material creation, consumption, genealogy, experimentation, testing, and release status.
• Improve material visibility, traceability, chain of custody, inventory status, expiry management, and data segregation.
• Drive adoption through requirements, user stories, process designs, implementation plans, training, communications, and operating procedures.
• Use operational performance, user feedback, and data-quality results to improve the roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, laboratory informatics, supply chain, or material management environments.
• Experience working with and integrating MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and SAP.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, change management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to support development agility and GxP-compliant manufacturing operations across sites and external partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ontology, semantic identifiers, metadata, reference data, and FAIR data principles.
• Project, product, or program management experience in digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business and scientific needs into scalable digital solutions and measurable outcomes.
