Sample Support Administrator/Courier (Environmental Testing)

Location: Kittanning, Pennsylvania, USA. On-site field work scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and every holiday, with additional hours as needed.

What you will do

• Collect, document, package, ship, and transport hazardous and non-hazardous environmental samples.
• Plan and complete daily client routes, deliver sample containers and materials, and communicate schedule updates.
• Support on-site sample preparation, testing, monitoring, and mobile laboratory activities.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on sampling and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain sample custody records, logbooks, quality-control documentation, and required project data.
• Follow vehicle, OSHA, health, safety, and confined-space requirements while driving safely between sites and the laboratory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a motor vehicle using GPS, maps, and written directions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Two or more years of environmental field-testing experience, ideally involving drinking-water and wastewater sampling.
