Senior Facilities HVAC Technician (HVAC)

Location: On-site in Chaska, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $33.00–$42.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Maintain building infrastructure through troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Repair and service electromechanical systems, including structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heat pumps, and cooling towers.
• Inspect facilities and assess equipment condition to determine required modifications, repairs, and replacements.
• Repair and replace refrigeration systems, including walk-in freezers and coolers.
• Collaborate with repair technicians, project managers, and the facilities manager.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related trade, such as HVAC.
• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing building equipment.
• Refrigeration license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints, technical schematics, and floor layouts.
• Minnesota Boilers License or ability to obtain one.
