AI & Workforce Signals Analyst

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with in-person office attendance several times per week. Local and out-of-state travel may be required, and occasional work outside typical business hours may be needed for meetings across time zones. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $75,000–$113,000 annually; 5% bonus target; estimated total cash range of $78,750–$118,650.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-based workforce signals covering skills inference, engagement, and talent movement.
• Apply NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to anonymized HR data, survey comments, feedback, collaboration behaviors, and learning content.
• Develop explainable AI outputs that help leaders understand workforce trends and their causes.
• Build agentic AI workflows for skills validation, data quality checks, and insight generation.
• Integrate AI capabilities with HRIS, skills platforms, learning systems, and survey tools.
• Design secure data architectures and deliver production-ready solutions while evaluating model performance, relevance, and trustworthiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building APIs or data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI.
• Experience working in cloud environments; Azure is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
