What you will do

• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Analyze operational data related to inventory control, product quality, throughput, material flow, productivity, ergonomics, and workplace safety.
• Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Assist with process mapping, workflow analysis, documentation, and improvement project tracking.
• Create reports, presentations, and visual tools to communicate project progress and results.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Junior or senior academic standing preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

• A continuous improvement mindset and interest in Lean principles.
