Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Own a core product domain from strategy and roadmap definition through shipped outcomes.
• Identify and deliver AI features for patient, provider, and customer service experiences, including evaluations and guardrails for responsible clinical deployment.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and pharmacy teams to understand workflows and use cases.
• Gather feedback from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners to prioritize the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering on integrations and interoperability requirements.
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for product performance.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare technology, or health systems innovation.
• Experience owning product roadmaps from strategy through execution.
• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
• Track record of shipping products through cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
