Senior Actuary P&C

Location: Bloomington, IL, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 plus a 6% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Perform actuarial analysis for pricing, reserving, and rate development across Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Research and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Develop actuarial models and rate adjustment proposals.
• Support rate filings and actuarial reporting.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and broader business initiatives.
• Maintain actuarial credentials and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Property & Casualty actuarial experience.
• ACAS designation or near completion of ACAS requirements.
• Progress toward the FCAS credential.
• Experience with pricing, reserving, or actuarial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in Bloomington, IL.
