Manager, People Solutions (AI)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; office-first model with at least four days per week on-site

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage the execution, coordination, and continuous optimization of Central People Operations.
• Establish operational procedures, SOPs, delivery schedules, audit frameworks, and service-level processes.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy across employee lifecycle changes and identify field-level error patterns.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives, including LLM-assisted intake and automated triage routing.
• Resolve complex employee transaction escalations and provide operational reporting and recommendations.
• Manage, coach, and develop People Solutions Coordinators while leading cross-functional projects with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, Benefits, and Field Leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Shared Services, including direct team supervision or management.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
• Experience improving operational workflows and integrating automation or AI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, influence, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with Payroll, HR, Legal, Benefits, and Field Leadership on complex transactions and escalations.
• Ability to work on-site at least four days per week in Los Angeles, United States.
