IT Applications Intern

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado, United States. Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship. Due to U.S. national security requirements, candidates must not be nationals of China or Russia unless they are also U.S. citizens.

Salary: $24–$29 per hour. Candidates located outside Colorado may receive a housing stipend of $500 per bi-weekly paycheck.

What you will do

• Support application provisioning, licensing, deployments, migrations, and server systems across Windows and Linux environments.
• Configure SaaS products and third-party integrations such as Box, DocuSign, and Smartsheet, including application and data mappings.
• Enable and integrate Azure AD single sign-on and monitor system performance using Datadog or similar tools.
• Implement IT and security controls, maintain approved application records, and support approvals, exceptions, and alerts.
• Analyze application usage and resource needs, contributing to scaling, cost optimization, and resource rationalization.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and IT staff while maintaining configurations, diagrams, status updates, and recovery documentation.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant IT field.
• Student or extracurricular experience administering systems and applications.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and independently investigating technical issues.
• Experience with system administration, automation, and troubleshooting.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
• Must meet applicable U.S. national security nationality requirements.
