Manager, People Solutions (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; office-first model with on-site work required at least four days per week

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Establish and optimize People Operations procedures, SOPs, delivery schedules, and audit frameworks.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy across employee lifecycle changes and identify upstream data errors.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives, including LLM-assisted intake and automated triage routing.
• Resolve complex employee transaction escalations and provide operational insights to People Operations leadership.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, Benefits, and Field Leadership on operational priorities and corrective actions.
• Manage, coach, and develop People Solutions Coordinators while leading medium-to-large operational projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Shared Services.
• Direct experience supervising or managing a team.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
• Experience improving workflows and integrating automation or AI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, influence, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site at least four days per week in Seattle, Washington.
