Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco (On-site)

Compensation: $138,000–$158,000

What you will do

• Develop high-performance, AI-native interfaces for revenue teams and human-agent collaboration.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from user consultation and prototyping to production delivery.
• Collaborate with design, infrastructure, and applied AI teams to integrate multi-agent workflows.
• Implement pixel-perfect interfaces while ensuring high standards for UX and performance.
• Scale asynchronous workflows and build durable, redundant back-end systems.
• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing product features end-to-end.
• 2+ years of experience with frontend frameworks including TypeScript and React.
• 2+ years of experience with Python and backend frameworks like Flask.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and building production-level cloud-based applications.
• 2+ years of experience building large-scale real-time distributed systems and back-end data infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience building enterprise RBAC authentication systems and applying cloud security best practices.
• 2+ years of experience building graph-based data resolution.
