Knowledge Management & Innovation Manager (AI)

Location: Silicon Valley; the role can be based in any U.S. office and requires a hybrid arrangement

Salary: $126,000–$189,000 base salary per year, with a discretionary performance bonus potentially available.

hirify.global is a law firm developing firmwide knowledge management, innovation, and legal AI capabilities.

What you will do

• Partner with attorneys and paralegals to translate legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify recurring opportunities across matters and lead AI projects from concept through firmwide rollout.
• Build hands-on expertise in core AI platforms, including configuration, features, use cases, and workflow applications.
• Support AI governance and help evaluate legal, professional-responsibility, and workflow risks.
• Design and lead communications and training programs for legal AI tools and resources.
• Collaborate with technical teams, Practice Support Lawyers, the Attorney Training team, compliance, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Law firm or legal technology experience as an attorney, paralegal, or legal operations professional.
• At least 5 years of experience in a law firm or legal technology environment, including hands-on AI implementation with attorneys.
• Strong technical depth with AI platforms and a clear understanding of legal workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Sound legal judgment and critical thinking about the risks and benefits of AI in legal work product.

Nice to have

• J.D. or paralegal certification.
• Experience with technical training and AI governance.
