What you will do

• Design and maintain a Zero Trust identity framework enforcing granular, least-privilege access across on-premises, cloud, and orbital mission systems.
• Architect identity solutions aligned with NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171, focusing on Identification and Authentication and Access Control requirements.
• Implement identity-based fencing and data tagging to protect ITAR- and EAR-controlled technical data from unauthorized access.
• Ensure MFA and SSO workflows use FIPS 140-3 validated cryptographic modules.
• Automate IAM and IGA lifecycle management, including onboarding, access changes, and offboarding, and architect PAM break-glass and just-in-time access.
• Map identity threats to MITRE ATT&CK and integrate identity telemetry with incident response, behavioral analytics, and threat hunting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 7 years of experience in IAM architecture or high-level cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience with Zero Trust, IAM/IGA, PAM, NIST 800-53/171, ITAR/EAR, FIPS 140-3, and MITRE ATT&CK concepts.
• Eligibility for access to export-controlled technical data may require additional U.S. export control screening; meeting the requirements is a condition of employment.
• CISSP or CISM is highly desired.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required for critical project milestones.
