Identity Security Specialist Solutions Engineer (CyberArk)

What you will do

• Serve as a national identity-security resource for qualified opportunities across regions, account teams, delivery organizations, and strategic partners.
• Lead advisory discovery, technical sales calls, identity-security assessments, architecture workshops, demonstrations, proofs of value and concept, and executive briefings.
• Design and present CyberArk-centered PIM and PAM architectures for workforce, administrator, vendor, service, machine, and non-human identities.
• Advise customers on privileged-account discovery, vaulting, credential rotation, session management, monitoring, just-in-time access, least privilege, break-glass access, and shared-account reduction.
• Create solution designs, configurations, sizing inputs, proposals, statements of work, technical presentations, and customer roadmaps.
• Partner with delivery leaders, account teams, CyberArk, OEM field teams, and adjacent partners to align technical solutions and ensure effective transition to implementation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, identity, cloud, technology consulting, or solutions engineering, including at least 4 years focused on identity security.
• Customer-facing pre-sales, solutions engineering, consulting, or security-architecture experience.
• Demonstrated CyberArk experience in an enterprise program spanning at least two lifecycle stages.
• Practical expertise in PIM and PAM concepts, controls, workflows, and operating models.
• Experience creating customer-facing proposals, solution designs, statements of work, or equivalent pre-sales artifacts.
• Strong written, verbal, whiteboarding, presentation, and customer-management skills.

Nice to have

• CyberArk certification or experience with Privilege Cloud, PAM Self-Hosted, Endpoint Privilege Manager, Secrets Manager, or related capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with identity threat detection and response, non-human identity, workload identity, and cloud entitlement management.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CyberArk, or GIAC.
• Knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, Zero Trust, SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or related privileged-access control frameworks.
