Solution Architect (Identity Security)

Location: US-based remote role; East Coast/Eastern Time preferred. Travel to customers and events may be required.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end identity security solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Deliver technically rigorous demos, workshops, and deep dives for technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Sales on strategic opportunities, including deal strategy, prototypes, proofs of concept, and evaluation criteria.
• Translate customer needs into product insights and influence roadmap priorities.
• Enable partners with technical patterns, knowledge, and deployment materials.
• Create reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets for go-to-market and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Sales or Solutions Engineer, Delivery or Implementation Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience influencing complex enterprise deals and explaining complex systems to IAM leaders, technical stakeholders, and C-suite decision-makers.
• Experience designing architectures, building proofs of concept, and producing technical collateral such as reference designs and playbooks.
• Background in cybersecurity or identity; experience with IAM, PAM, secrets management, or cloud security is beneficial.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the United States; East Coast or Eastern Time is preferred.
