Senior Program Manager, Worldwide Sales Enablement

Location: Idaho, United States

Base pay range for all other cities and states excluding the listed markets: $152,900–$224,235 USD annually. The role may also be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of global sales enablement programs.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and business-impact measurement.
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, HR, Product, Revenue Operations, and platform teams to identify capability gaps and create scalable learning experiences.
• Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning through workshops, digital learning, playbooks, toolkits, manager resources, and in-the-flow-of-work enablement.
• Develop leadership programs focused on coaching, communication, accountability, change leadership, decision-making, and performance management.
• Use AI, learning technologies, analytics, learner feedback, and business metrics to personalize and improve enablement experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, program management, leadership development, organizational development, or related roles in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience leading large-scale global programs with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and business partners.
• Proven ability to design, launch, and scale enterprise learning and enablement programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, program management, organizational, execution, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with coaching frameworks, manager enablement, adult learning principles, instructional design, learner analytics, and modern enablement practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; advanced certifications in leadership development, coaching, program management, learning, or organizational development are a plus.
