Integrated Test Manager / Test PMO Lead (Warehouse Automation & ASRS)

What you will do

• Establish the integrated test strategy, master test plan, testing methodology, governance framework, quality gates, and readiness criteria.
• Lead FIT, SIT, UAT, Day-in-the-Life, regression, performance testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate testing dependencies across ASRS, conveyors, sortation, automation equipment, WMS, WCS, PLC controls, host systems, interfaces, and supporting technologies.
• Manage test scenarios, scripts, data, environments, business process validation, defect triage, root-cause analysis, retesting, and resolution tracking.
• Drive go-live and release readiness, including contingency plans, rollback strategies, business continuity, executive sign-offs, command center operations, and hypercare stabilization.
• Maintain PMO governance through test dashboards, RAID logs, defect metrics, milestone tracking, readiness assessments, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Work onsite in Spartanburg, South Carolina, United States.
• 8+ years of experience in Test Management, Test PMO, Program or Project Management, Release Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-phase testing programs through FIT, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Working knowledge of warehouse automation and material handling systems, including ASRS, conveyors, sortation, WMS, WCS, PLC, host systems, and interfaces.
• Experience coordinating vendors, system integrators, technology partners, warehouse operations, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong test governance, defect management, risk management, executive reporting, communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain, distribution center, warehouse management, warehouse automation, or ASRS implementations.
• Experience with Manhattan, WAMAS, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar WMS/WCS platforms.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar test, defect, and collaboration platforms.
