Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager, Test Engineering

What you will do

• Define enterprise-level manufacturing test engineering strategy across multiple products and programs.
• Establish multi-year roadmaps for test infrastructure, automation, quality systems, scalability, and emerging technologies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, suppliers, customers, and technology partners.
• Drive data-based improvements in test yield, coverage, reliability, throughput, product quality, scalability, and production cost.
• Lead test engineering transformation from early product development through new product introduction, high-volume production, and sustaining engineering.
• Advise senior leadership, influence investment decisions, establish governance, and mentor technical program managers and engineering leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in engineering, technical program management, manufacturing, test engineering, or a related discipline, with impact at Principal or Sr. Principal level.
• Experience defining and executing organizational or multi-product engineering strategy across complex, large-scale programs.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing test processes, test automation, test infrastructure, hardware/software integration, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading initiatives from concept and development through new product introduction and high-volume production.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, or SharePoint; certain positions may require U.S. work authorization or eligibility for an export control license.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced computing platforms, emerging technologies, liquid-cooled systems, thermal technologies, or data center hardware.
• Experience in high-volume automated manufacturing and multi-site or global engineering transformation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Design for Manufacturing, or Design for Test.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma certification, or an advanced technical degree.
