Project Manager, Enterprise Real Estate

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Provide project management support for the hirify.global Square North Integration team within Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation.
• Manage a portfolio of projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and timeline.
• Define project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, costs, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify schedule risks, resolve issues, and improve project planning practices.
• Build trusted relationships and support informed decisions about programs, products, and services.

Requirements

• Experience with project management methodology, principles, and tools.
• Experience with people change management methodology, principles, and tools.
• Degree or diploma in business or a related field.
• Strong relationship management, communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and deliverables management skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site in Toronto.
