Project Manager II, Implementation And Sustainment - Supply Chain

Location: Onsite at 390 Highridge Park Rd, Pottsville, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonuses and other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead large or multiple medium-sized implementation and sustainment projects from scope definition through execution.
• Develop feedback collection, gap identification, reporting, and project analytics tools.
• Coordinate business requirements, risk assessments, project plans, resources, budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
• Analyze operational efficiency, identify root causes, and develop solutions that reduce costs or support business goals.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and support the implementation of business processes and solutions.
• Track project metrics, usage, feedback, progress, and results, escalating issues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, operations management, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, costs, risks, resources, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate metrics to leadership.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.
• Ability to work at the Pottsville, Pennsylvania location.

Nice to have

• Experience developing reporting, database, or feedback tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• SQL query writing, report automation, or Microsoft Excel macro development.
