Senior Manager, Regional Product Sales, US North and Canada (Pulp and Paper)

Location: Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, United States; remote designation noted, with required customer and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Product Sales Managers supporting and selling the Rolls business area.
• Develop existing and potential customer accounts through facility visits and other communication.
• Manage quotation opportunities, quotation follow-up, pipeline delays, and customer complaints.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, lost orders, pricing changes, and regional sales forecasts.
• Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and mill management stakeholders.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, engagement, development, recruiting, and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification with 10 years of experience.
• Leadership experience with a record of driving change and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing, customer service, presentations, and sales organization.
• Basic knowledge of papermaking, paper machinery, and paper machine rolls.
• Strong organization, communication, influencing, and customer orientation skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the United States and internationally is required.
