What you will do

• Lead the strategic build-up and expansion of hirify.global Mlog’s business in the USA.
• Drive market entry, revenue growth, business development, and overall performance.
• Define and execute sales and business development strategies.
• Develop key customer and strategic partner relationships and oversee complex customer projects and commercial negotiations.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing US organization.
• Represent hirify.global Mlog with customers, executive stakeholders, and the global hirify.global organization while contributing to global business strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in intralogistics, automation, or a related industry.
• Strong industry network and a proven record in business development, complex sales, growth, and strategic customer projects.
• Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, results-driven approach with strong customer focus, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; willingness to travel internationally.
