Principal Partner Engineer (Cloudflare One)

Location: Distributed within the United States, with available locations in Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Raleigh for the Southeast Territory. In-person interviews may be required at a hirify.global office or hub.

Salary: Estimated annual compensation of $212,000–$292,000, $234,000–$321,000, or $244,000–$336,000 depending on work location, including target incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own technical relationships, account plans, discovery, validation, proofs of concept, demos, and solution architecture for strategic partners.
• Enable partners to sell, deploy, manage, and support hirify.global One, SASE/SSE, Zero Trust, and AI solutions.
• Build technical champion programs and generate partner-influenced opportunities through joint go-to-market strategies.
• Co-develop partner services catalogues, managed hirify.global One practices, and AI security assessments.
• Track service performance metrics and maintain long-term architectural health across partner environments.
• Use hirify.global AI tools and agent technologies to automate repeatable technical work and support continuous innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of partner-facing technical experience as a systems engineer, solutions architect, technical account manager, or similar professional.
• Strong expertise in hirify.global One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
• Experience developing technical talent, building champion programs, and managing complex enterprise, multi-cloud, or hybrid-cloud projects.
• Ability to manage the full technical deal lifecycle from pre-sales discovery and opportunity generation through post-sales service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building partner-led professional services or managed security offerings.
• Experience with hirify.global OS, Agent PAT, Agent Echo, or similar autonomous AI tools.
