Principal Product Marketing (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California or San Diego, California

Salary: $205,000–$277,500 base pay annually, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Create a unified strategy for building and deploying AI in hirify.global Enterprise Suite, centered on the office of the CFO.
• Partner with product management to launch, test, track, and iterate AI solutions.
• Research the needs and satisfaction of mid-market CFOs and identify opportunities to improve AI capabilities.
• Develop AI messaging and positioning for hirify.global Enterprise Suite.
• Contribute to thought leadership on AI adoption in mid-market business workflows.
• Enable Sales to position and sell AI capabilities while gathering feedback to refine messaging and value propositions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy roles in fintech and supporting AI.
• Experience driving strategy through consumer insights and market intelligence.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Fluency with AI tools and demonstrable experience incorporating them into workflows.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
