Principal Product Manager, Directed Workflows (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $178,300–$284,700 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; $169,300–$270,500 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The role is also eligible for equity awards.

What you will do

• Define and lead a multi-year product vision for AI-first Directed Workflows across customer engagement and loan production.
• Shape the sales and service process with Sales and Business Operations, including customer jobs, value delivery, and stage-specific experiences.
• Design the AI harness covering context, tools, memory, orchestration, escalation, and guardrails.
• Build or integrate evaluation infrastructure to score agent outputs, incorporate operator feedback, and measure business outcomes.
• Sequence focused pilots into a scalable platform, redesigning or retiring patterns that do not improve results.
• Influence Engineering, AI, Operations, business leaders, and senior stakeholders on strategy, trade-offs, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience owning complex systems across multiple teams and customer or operator journeys.
• Experience shipping agentic or decisioning products as a closed loop, including AI harness and evaluation infrastructure design.
• Experience shaping sales or service strategy with business leaders and connecting process design to customer value and growth.
• Strong analytical skills in data, experimentation, and model or product evaluation.
• Track record of influencing senior Engineering, AI, Operations, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Mortgage or lending experience.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms, operator surfaces, or capacity-aware routing.
