Technical Principal

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States (hybrid); two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Influence projects and strategic initiatives through technical expertise and subject matter guidance.
• Partner with department and business leaders to identify high-impact initiatives and deliver business value.
• Drive technical thought leadership, process improvement, business agility, and operational excellence.
• Translate team vision, goals, and strategy into fit-for-purpose solutions while balancing risk and investment needs.
• Build cross-functional relationships, foster collaboration, and anticipate problems across the business segment.
• Represent the organization in the broader professional community and maintain strong internal and external networks.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in a related function.
• Three to five years of leading through mentorship and leading projects or initiatives through influence.
• Recognized subject matter expertise, strong business acumen, and knowledge of business operations.
• Proven relationship management, collaboration, communication, judgment, and influencing skills.
• Ability to innovate, adopt new technologies, and provide leadership through mentorship and teamwork.
• Related certifications or licenses and a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree may substitute with additional related experience.
