Full Stack Software Engineer - Agent Platform (AI)

Location: Boulder, Colorado, USA; hybrid Flex Work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field

Annual base salary: $130,400–$195,600 USD for Boulder; additional US locations: $123,900–$222,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and deliver full-stack features that improve AI agent security and trust.
• Develop intuitive frontend experiences and resilient backend services for Agent Trust and Inspection.
• Implement capabilities for agent safety scanning, attestation, observability, and agent management.
• Own services and product experiences from development through production operations.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers, product managers, security partners, and platform teams.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and raise engineering standards across the pod.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building performant backend services with Java and Spring Boot, Go, Python, or another modern object-oriented language.
• 2+ years of React and TypeScript experience in frontend or full-stack development.
• 2+ years deploying applications to public cloud environments and/or Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud products, cryptographic libraries, digital signatures, attestation verification, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, with AWS preferred.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience working in fast-paced agile environments and cross-functional teams.
