IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management) (Cannabis)

Location: Litchfield, Illinois, United States; onsite. Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Salary: $19.50–$22 per hour.

What you will do

• Monitor plants daily for pests and diseases to support optimal plant health.
• Mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, caustic cleaning agents, and beneficial bugs according to established protocols.
• Operate and maintain Dramm hydraulic sprayers for IPM applications.
• Maintain pesticide and preventative-agent logs and document follow-up inspections.
• Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor and follow standard operating and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds for 100 feet, with extended standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm use.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work around plant materials, strong odors, allergens, irritants, high temperatures, humidity, and elevated CO2 levels.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude, strong time management, independence, adaptability, attention to detail, and organized documentation skills.
