Intern - Kite Development - Quality Systems, Compliance & Audits and Vendor Quality (Biotech)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; hybrid work at the designated site is required, and fully remote work is not offered.

Salary: $19.00–$55.00 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze study and portfolio-related datasets through data trending and gap analysis.
• Assist in creating AI agents and preparing for GCP inspections.
• Support quality metrics and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop tools and templates that support quality culture in clinical trials.
• Build relationships with quality personnel, attend team meetings, and learn about the Kite Quality organization.
• Present completed internship work in a final PowerPoint presentation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.
• Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. college or university and remain enrolled full-time in the following fall semester.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, MBA, JD, or PhD degree, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without school or employer sponsorship.
• Must commit to a full-time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August and work at the designated site.
• Preferred qualifications include graduate-level education, Microsoft Office proficiency, problem-solving ability, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.
