Senior Dynamics Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems through APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and manage deployments of Dynamics 365 updates.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, maintenance, performance tuning, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, enterprise integrations, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required; candidates must successfully complete a background check and be able to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics products for the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, data migration, ETL, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
