Power Platform Developer II

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the United States. Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required.

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven applications, Power Automate workflows, plugins, and Dataverse solutions.
• Create business rules and automation logic for cross-platform data workflows and integrate solutions with REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, backend developers, UX designers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance applications through iterative sprints, code reviews, sprint planning, daily standups, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, security, and compliance while researching, diagnosing, and documenting application issues.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to end users to support self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Power Platform experience, including Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.
• Bachelor’s degree, or three additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET plugins and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD processes, Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices.
• U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Azure Developer Associate.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience with user-centered design, Section 508, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, PCF Controls, or SharePoint.
