Multimedia Sales Executive (Media Advertising)

Location: Los Angeles, CA; 100% onsite

Base salary: $100,000–$138,000 per year, plus eligibility for variable sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with local and regional clients, agencies, and advertisers.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business across television, radio, digital, streaming, social, and experiential platforms.
• Create and deliver integrated sales presentations aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Maximize revenue from assigned accounts while building a pipeline of new business.
• Partner with Marketing, Research, Ad Operations, and Content teams on cohesive proposals.
• Oversee campaign delivery, performance, billing, collections, forecasting, and revenue tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close business.
• Experience selling or supporting multi-platform media solutions, including TV, radio, and digital.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and account development skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with integrated linear, digital, and audio media sales.
• Understanding of media pricing models, audience measurement, and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience with branded content and cross-platform campaign execution.
