Loan Sales Specialist (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Surprise, Arizona, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Handle loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Work toward individual and branch sales and service goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite in Surprise, Arizona.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and provide timely customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
