Global Procurement & Supply Chain Intern (Supply Chain)

Location: hirify.global, Wisconsin, United States. Some assignments may require travel to suppliers or other hirify.global locations.

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support logistics, supply chain operations, supplier performance, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Analyze supply chain data, identify trends and risks, and create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Support global trade and import compliance activities, including product classification, import entry reviews, audits, and reporting.
• Contribute to supplier quality, readiness, capacity assessments, audits, APQP, PPAP, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support supply chain technology through system integration testing, user acceptance testing, software enhancements, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, International Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Interest in supply chain, logistics, operations, global trade, supplier management, analytics, or related business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and areas of the business.
• Some assignments may require travel to suppliers or other hirify.global locations.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework in global trade, supplier quality, data analytics, Power BI, artificial intelligence, machine learning, supply chain systems, or business intelligence.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with project management, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, suppliers, or cross-functional teams.
