Project Director (Mission-Critical Infrastructure)

Location: Nationwide, with approximately 75% travel and long-term onsite project assignments throughout North America. Office location: Lomira, Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Provide executive oversight for hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Controls teams, field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Direct execution strategies, staffing models, procurement planning, risk mitigation, and operational priorities.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, contract compliance, schedules, resource utilization, and project profitability.
• Manage client relationships, contract negotiations, disputes, change orders, executive reviews, and strategic pursuits.
• Oversee multidisciplinary scopes including site development, utilities, fiber, ground improvement, structural concrete, power infrastructure, and commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, civil engineering, business, project management, or a related field, plus 10+ years of progressive project leadership experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large-scale mission-critical, hyperscale data center, EPC, industrial, power, utility, heavy civil, or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing significant financial responsibility, complex stakeholder groups, aggressive schedules, project controls, procurement, contracts, risk, and commercial strategy.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project organizations and self-perform construction operations across civil, utility, structural concrete, power, telecommunications, or mission-critical infrastructure scopes.
• Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel approximately 75% and support long-term onsite assignments throughout North America.
